Customer Trade Assistants is what we call a forward-thinking, trade expert, service-oriented & incentive driven. They provide an essential business trades functions to our customers. Full training is provided in learning a online to inform, assist and educate customers on how trades work. All candidates must be well spoken and able to present him/herself to others in a professional manner.

Job description

At Bitpanda, we see investing differently. Today’s financial system is complex, exclusive and expensive - making it hard for the typical person to start investing. Customer trading assistants perform a range of support tasks to assist a customer in carrying out trades  on several platforms available. This is a common way to receive training that can help the assistant become a certified trainer in the future. They prepare and process a variety of documents, cryptocurrency trade, perform data entry, conduct basic trading tasks. They also handle some client management duties including routine communications and status updates. They are responsible for weekly crypto trades and applicable regulations and standards. 
 

Qualifications

Help deliver great administrative support for our customers request
Assist Bitpanda users through our support channels 
Trades on platforms and make sure there's no error in fulfilling customers orders
Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’
Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed-off on a timely basis
Communicate with all support teams in a clear and concise to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries
Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture
Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective
 

Job benefits

Must be able to trade on several platforms
Must be able to carry out bitcoin trades
Excellent writing and communication skills in English and any additional language is a welcomed bonus
Ability to follow processes and internal guidelines, as well as to work within set deadlines
Ability to work in a structured manner, within a team as well as independently
